"I had to buy these items because the racking I got from Amazon (Rhino racking) was missing a couple of these babies. I went onto the Amazon site and was directed to contact Rhino, which I duly did. Rhino told me to contact Amazon who, they informed me, would send a complete replacement. I didn't want a complete replacement, just a couple of connectors, so I bought these for a quid each. They have arrived at the postal address I specified in the UK but as I live in Ireland, I haven't got them yet. Rhino won't post to an Irish address. Sorry it's so negative but I expected better customer service than this, from both of you."
