DELIVERY

Rhino Racking knows you need to get your storage sorted quickly - that's why we aim to make delivering your order as quick, easy and hassle free as possible, from finding what you need on our site to it arriving at your door.

When you place your order with us online before noon Mon - Fri our team will process and try to ship your order the same day, any orders placed after that cut off will be processed and shipped the following working day.

We offer free delivery for UK mainland postcodes* for a standard 3 working day delivery, with next working day and Saturday delivery options available at check out for additional charges. Please note we do not ship to Northern Ireland. 

Next Working Day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Friday, at a cost of £5.99. Orders placed after the cut off point will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that working days are Monday-Friday, and orders placed on Friday before our cut-off on a next-working day service will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on this service after the cut-off on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  

Saturday Delivery is available, please call us on 0191 500 6000 for a quote. (orders must be placed before 10:00am on Friday). 

Bank Holidays: Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays. Orders placed using a next-working day service before the cut-off point on the day before a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day.

We use several different couriers as our delivery partners in order to offer the best, most efficient service as possible, and to cover as much of the UK as we can. Each of these couriers will contact you with a 1 hour delivery window prior to delivery when possible.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some areas of the UK remain difficult for us to reach through our standard delivery partners and as such may involve longer delivery times and some additional charges.
