Thank you for shopping with Rhino Racking! We hope that you'll find exactly what you need to get your storage sorted easily, however we understand that sometimes you can't always get what you want, and sometimes you need to send your items back.



If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order we are here to help. 

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return your items to us, and it needs to be unused and in the same condition you received it. Likewise, please ensure that the items are in their original packaging and that you have proof of purchase, or else we will not be able to process your return.

In the case of any missing or damaged parts, we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out to you as quickly as possible rather than return or replace the full unit. If you still want to return the items rather than accept the replacement parts then you will be responsible for the cost of return.



Once we receive your items we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, how long it takes for receipt of credit is dependent on the policies of that payment method.



You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. These costs are non-refundable. In the majority of cases we are able to arrange a courier collection for you using one of our delivery partners at a flat rate charge of £12 per box to be paid by you before we arrange collection. Again, this cost is non-refundable.
