One of the best purchasing experiences I have had
"I purchased six packs of 90cm width x 30cm depth shelving. Five at 150cm high and 1 at 180cm. I wanted to use the 180cm high as 2 x 90cm high and so ordered spare parts in a separate order. Both deliveries came on time and the shelving was easy to assemble (once Id worked out what height I wanted the different shelves). I initially separately over-ordered spare parts. The extra feet order is actually a pack of 8 feet and bay connectors come in a pack of 2. I rang customer service and they corrected my order efficiently and in a very friendly and no problem manner. The shelves have gone into my loft so I can declutter / better organise the space. I wont load them with their weight carrying potential. All aspects of the purchasing, customer service, delivery and product itself were excellent. Thank you Rhino Racking!"
