"Awful design. So many flaws which could be easily improved with punch-outs and bend-backs. Utterly frustrating to build, and frankly 2 hours of my life am never going to get back. Tbh, am now considering starting my own garage racking company as it wouldn't be difficult to do so much better. 3 stars due to delivery being great and them actually looking like they'd hold the claimed load. But forgiving the inconsistent paint coat, distorted/bent parts (easy to I bend back into position) and baffling design choices. I hope I've bought enough because I really don't want to have to buy more."

"Packaging is excellent, with shelves and metal bits in one rectangular box. Everything in place, no missing bits, and not rounded corners on the shelves. Far better than a major competitor's produce, where the packaging failed and everything was loose in the van! Very easy to assemble. I suggest putting the 4 verticals together, and alongside each other, then using a marker pen to mark where cross connectors and shelves will go. Absolutely rigid once assembled. Good company and good product, at a competitive price!! Keep up the good work, guys!!"
