"Assembled two of five so far. . . The rigidity/stiffness of the uprights / upright connectors was much less than I expected. You have to take extra care not to apply too much pressure during assembly otherwise the connectors bend, distorting the two piece upright. Increasing the thickness of the metal would help. If that means making the items more expensive, so be it. Service, delivery, packaging, instructions, all excellent."

"So contacted Rhino re my delivery no reply to my email delivery man left it at the wrong house on the front door step on a main rd £100 later someone is trying to steal them I contacted Rhino but no reply Wanted to return the large one and change for a small shelving unit but then want £12 min per box to return not a chance I’m I paying that after watching the delivery man drag the boxes across the road whilst the other man sat in the van Yes all damaged but still going to charge me to return ! Won’t order again"
