Flimsy
"The delivery service was very good however I would not say this is a heavy duty product. Construction was easy but the fixings are quite fragile and easily bent if you use a hammer as the instructions suggest. Had I not been under time constraints, I probably would have returned them after building the first set of shelves. Had to use extra supports or the uprights bowed at the join. Would not recommend if you are looking for robust shelving. Shame as they are tidy looking shelves."

"Great shelving , once youve mastered putting it together, it is very stable and joins together with ease using the provided clips. After my first purchase of 5 units i have had 2 more sets as im so impressed !"

Excellent Shelves and Company
"Great Shelves and Exceptional Service- - I'm using these shelves in a retail environment. Robust, easily assembled - using a rubber mallet to help put pieces together. Arrived quickly too. I'm using them as an inexpensive way to fit out a little village food retail shop as commercial rustic looking 40cm deep shelving units are hideously expensive! So I'm going for a more industrial vibe! At these prices I can afford to get fully fitted out and started and add fancy shelves if I ever want to. But will likely stick with them as they look great. If you need any advice do phone Rhino - they have friendly helpful people and I like buying from companies with easy contact and good customer service and I avoid ones who are hard to contact with chat bots and emails first."

Good unit - despite being a little fiddly to make
"My initial reaction was disappointment! It didn't look or feel strong enough to support what I wanted. The 2 part uprights came as more than a bit of a shock. My disappointment was made worse by two vital parts being missing. Rang the company and the telephonist was extremely helpful and I received the missing parts within 24 hours. Good Service! Whilst a bit fiddly, the parts went together well and when fully assembled and the shelves installed the whole unit felt very stable. Instructions were detailed. I would have included saying that for the under shelf supports the 'tags' on each end need bending before they are offered up to be installed. Working in dim conditions this was not obvious. I put the whole thing together without any help. It would have been 5/5 if it all the parts had been delivered together! I am so confident that it is going to be good in use that I immediately ordered a second unit - perhaps that will be 5/5!"

Sturdy & great looking
"Great looking racking. Very sturdy, especially once fixed to the wall. Out of 3 rackings, 1 had slight damage on the shelf corners, but makes no difference to me."
