Are Your Units Heavy Duty?

Absolutely!

All of our 5-tiered storage systems boast seriously strong weight capacities. Each shelf can support up to 200kg of evenly distributed weight, giving you a total capacity of 1,000kg per 5-tirered unit. That’s roughly the weight of 15 baby black rhinos!*

And that’s just one way we’re keeping your storage sturdy – we have plenty of perks that come with all of our racking units, all as standard

• Construction with a robust, rust-resistant, galvanised steel framework.
• Shelves capable of holding up to 200kg of evenly distributed weight (that’s a 1000kg weight capacity across a 5-tier unit!)
• Safe and secure boltless design, for quick and easy assembly.

Where Are You Based?

We’re based up in the North East of England, in sunny Durham (okay, maybe not sunny…) Despite the weather, we’re in a great location for national transport links. This helps us keep our promise of fast, reliable delivery, including next-day options for eligible orders.

Despite our convenient location, unfortunately, due to the volume of traffic on our site during our operating hours, we are unable to accept any collections from our site. But don’t worry, our delivery service is designed to get your racking to you quickly and hassle-free (more on that below!)

 

What Delivery Options Do You Offer?

We keep delivery simple, offering free delivery for all of our units to mainland UK (with some notable exceptions for our out of area post codes – sorry, highlands!)

Our standard delivery service will get your order to you within 2-5 working days, and if you place your order before 12 noon (Monday–Friday), we’ll process it the same day.

Got the organisation bug and just can’t wait? We know the feeling, that’s why we also offer next day and Saturday delivery for a small additional charge - just make sure to select these options before 12 noon the day before your desired delivery date.

Can I Return My Racking?

While it breaks our little rhino heart to hear that you’re looking to return your units – we’re always happy to make the process simple. 

For £12 per box, we can arrange a convenient, weekday home collection. However, if you would prefer to use your own courier to return the items, that’s just fine! We just need to know when to expect your units, so make sure you keep your tracking information handy.

Once your racking arrives back at our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund straight away.

 

How Can I Keep My Racking Protected?

We’re proud that our units are able to stand the test of time, that’s why we offer a 5-year guarantee on all of our racking. But if you’re using your MDF shelves in areas prone to damp, a little extra care can go a long way

The best way to prevent any issues around bowing or mould is to seal your MDF boards with a weatherproof varnish or stain. This simple step helps protect against moisture and keeps your shelves looking (and performing) their best for years to come.

 

What If the Item I Want Is Out of Stock?

While we always aim to keep your favourite units available, sometime they fly off the shelves faster than we can keep up!
